Where Curiosity Leads & Ideas Follow
This space was created to explore ideas, spark curiosity, and examine cyber resilience and trust as AI and technology redefine our world.

Synoptikon grew out of several years of postgraduate study focused on artificial intelligence and its reshaping of business, technology, and society. What began as a way to organise my notes and test interpretations became a place to delve deeper into areas that sparked my passion, particularly where AI intersects with cyber risk, governance, and trust.
Through hundreds of conversations in boardrooms and executive discussions, I have found that many of the questions I was asking resonated with others. How AI can be a force for good as well as harm. How trust is designed rather than assumed. How organisations adapt when technology moves faster than governance.
Synoptikon(sic) is where that study, professional experience, and ongoing inquiry converge. Some posts are exploratory, others are more structured. All are part of an effort to build trust through understanding. If you don’t know how something works, how can you trust it?
My intent is not to document for its own sake, but to share thinking that might help with navigating risk and complexity. If the writing here clarifies a decision, reframes a problem, or sparks a better question, it’s served its purpose.
If any of this resonates, you’d like to connect or collaborate, then I’d love to hear from you.
